More Postcards: Leaf Series

I had a tough time finishing this series. I think I started out with about 9 foundations using various colors and leaf shapes. But several of them fell flat. They've been put aside. These four I am pleased with. They are all 4 x 6 inches and made with fused hand dyed fabric and hand embroidery. They are backed with muslin.

These just keep getting better. Are you sending them to people or making a small art display?

Once again, the post cards are beautiful. You have a great sense of design. I love how simple and perfect each one looks. And from my own beautious postcard, I know how expertly crafted they are too. You are the Queen. But, Gerrie...we can have more than one Queen, so don't quit!

Deborah, are you thinking of enlarging any of these compositions?

Deborah, I have never commented before, but the last time you made postcards I got there too late to purchase any. Are these for sale? If so what do I do to get the money to you. These are as beautiful as the last bunch. How talented you are!!!.Very simple, but stunning. Please let me know if I can buy one or more. I'm an artist-quilter from NY and would love to hear from you. Thanks, Dee

These are perfect--color, design, composition. Not gooped up with a bunch of unneccessary stuff. I am a fan of the "less is more" and the "know when to quit."
