Kids

Benjamin's class celebrated the 50th day of school last week with a 50's themed day. They bowled, wrote "graffiti" on a big sheet of paper, had a sock up, drank root beer floats, went to a "drive in movie," and hula hooped.

Claire tried to stay awake to hear Obama's victory speech last week. She didn't quite make it. That's ok, we're still celebrating.

Speaking of celebrating, have you seen this video?

I love the idea of a 50th day celebration. My kids always celebrate the 100th day. 50th day sounds like a great departure.
