Look Who Is Coming Home with Us!

Here we are leaving the local animal shelter.

First order on the agenda: a bath! My goodness, he was stinky!

Then some playing in the yard.

And some lovin'!

And a nap!

He doesn't have a name yet... but we LOVE him!

I hope that he will play dog with Claire; although she is probably past playing dog.

I told Emma that she has a new cousin dog, she was very excited!

I can't wait to learn the name.

I'm jealous! What a cute pup. And could the boy be any happier about the dog? Didn't think so.

The family is complete!
A dog house series is coming next, yes?

I can't post this without using the word CUTE!!!! Holy cuteness, really. Can cute be a noun? Mounds of cute. Tons of cute. Acres of cute.

He's adorable!!! I wondered if you'd be getting a dog once you were settled in TX! What a lucky little guy to have such a great new family! Enjoy!

How totally adorable!!! Pets enrich our lives so much. And to get one from a shelter is just the best.

OHHHH! So cute! Does he have a name. I am going around and asking all my blogger friends to go to settings and check the pop-up box for comments. Then I can see what I am commenting on!!

He is one adorable puppy-faced pooper boy. I love how pets can add so much to your life. I think I'd just curl up and die if I didn't have my four-footed friends herding around the house and making me crazy in the mornings.

For a name, give yourself a few days to know his personality and then name him based on that. It took me almost two weeks to come up with Doodlebug's name and she got it by default coz I kept saying to her "whatcha doing doodle?" and thus Doodle got her name.

Hey, Deborah.. when I get back in October, I will be setting a group blog: Pupmobile Trails. It will be a spot where people's dogs can write about the walks they take (hopefully with owners, but you never know..). Your little guy should be ready to join the fun in a couple months. think about it.

Yeti adds his (VERY LOUD) Woof to the chorus...as do the boys! Way fun! Next, house-training. Ahem..... at least dogs learn faster than children?

Hugs, Sarah
