I finished the break-a-thon board. Fun, don't you think?!
It needed a little color, but I wanted it to mostly feel like a black and white doodle.
I wrapped a bit around the edge.
And added my contact info to the back.
It doesn't really have a "right side up," which is good because I'm not exactly sure how they hold the board when it gets broken. Grain horizontal? Or grain vertical?
I'm not the least bit sad it will get broken. It's fun and a great way to get art out into the world in unexpected places.
The event organizer promises before and after pictures of all the art boards. I'll share them with you soon.

beautiful! i once painted a piece of furniture for an auction, it was a fun, unusual project!
