That red stripe is actually pieced. Can you believe I didn't fuse it? Tulle binding... crazy!
An aside: I had cereal for breakfast, bagel for lunch and I'm planning omelets for dinner. Is that wrong?

I am so inspired by your discipline and your daily quilts. Love this one with the red in the diagonal the stitches and the beads. So inspirational.
Having breakfast three times a day works for me. It is my favorite meal.
Breakfast all day sounds like vacation to me.
Love the red stripe - re diet: cereal and bagels are both high carbs - a disaster for the immune system - go low carb, high good fats and protein and you'll find your body responds well.
I haven't posted on these all along, but I wanted you to know that I am really enjoying your daily art!
