I've been working on these for weeks. Just a bit at a time. Finally, I got them all edged and scanned. They were so fun to make. I was loving the colors and shapes and thinking about what might work on this hill or that valley. Then adding the stitching really brought them to life. They are all 4 x 6 and backed with fabric.

I love your use of color and the simplicity of shape. All very moving. I feel as if I am walking the rolling hills.
I'm lucky enough to own one of your postcard artworks and they are meticulously well crafted beauties.
They are wonderful! You're so inspiring.
These are great! I love landscapes. hint, hint, lets trade.
Deborah these are wonderful. I agree with Sonji the simplicity is stunning...saying more by doing less...well done!
Nice postcards! Now I want to make some. But, did you name them before or after you made them? Another art quilter and I are having a "discussion" on when to name. She starts with a name and works toward that vision. I just work and then name--usually something lame, like "postcard". When I make more than one--it gets more difficult. Postcard #1, #2 etc. Could always resort to "artist's proof". Hey, how about 1 of 4.
Deborah!!!! These are so wonderful - I wish I had done them!!
I love these! They are all so unique! The stitching adds visual interest. Keep up the good work!
Nicely done....
The colors and the stitching complement each well...!!
Thanks for sharing...
Well, its been said, but these are fantastic! Love the color, the form, the shapes, the stitching. Jen
They're wonderful, Deborah!
What a joy it would be to have one of these beauties arrive in your drab aluminum mailbox! They are beautiful. The french knots are so strong in this scale, aren't they? And the great little Y shapes are my fave. Nice work from Studio Deborah.
I don't know what I can say that hasn't already been said except that I like them, I like them, I like them!
I love the perfect little purple flowers lifting their faces heavenward for a quick drink! Lovely, all.
